Agile/Scrum Mentoring and Coaching

Building agile disciplines requires a period of consistent and diligent oversight by an experienced coach to successfully implement sustainable behavior change. I work with project teams to provide guidance and support until behavior change occurs and systems are in place to support continuous use of the new practices.

Project Management Mentoring

Mentoring focuses on teaching new skills and adding competencies that deliver value to the individual and the organization. I work with project teams to develop new skills in leadership, team building, project management and appropriate tool use.
